Shipping and Lost Packages Policy

The standard processing time is 3-5 business days, however during holiday times, processing times can increase to beyond 5 business days.

On occasion, Liferoot Botanicals, LLC, offers free shipping rates to customers (for example, if you spend over a certain amount). These promotions may change periodically, to keep up with shipping promotions, sign up to receive our newsletter.

We are not responsible for shipping delays that are caused by shipping carrier delays, natural occurrences, ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees that incur because of these.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Liferoot will incur any package cost on a case by case basis if the carrier says it has NOT been delivered. If the package has been documented as delivered by the carrier, then it is no longer the responsibility or liability of Liferoot, LLC. We encourage you to reach out to your mail carrier and make a claim.

What Should You Do if a Package is Lost and hasn’t been showed delivered?

A lost package is one that does not show as delivered by the carrier.

  1. Wait. Wait it out a few days beyond the day of expected delivery. Packages can get delayed a day or so, or incorrectly scanned or sorted. It is not uncommon for a package to show up after the expected delivery date.

  2. Stay in touch. Keep in contact with Liferoot. We will happily replace the package if a search is conducted and does not turn up. Liferoot can reach out to the carrier and file a claim for a lost package.

What should I do if a package is lost and it has been showed delivered?

If the tracking says that the package was delivered and that it was not received, Liferoot is happy to try to help in the matter, but we are no longer liable for goods lost. If you know your area is prone to theft of packages, try to be home the day of delivery, or reach out and we can set a delivery day. We are also happy to add insurance to your package, just reach out or leave a note when checking out.
